Post19 is a leading Life Skills and Support Centre for young adults with learning difficulties, based in Farnham, Surrey.

We support our young adults with a range of needs and abilities to live a fulfilling life and to reach their full potential centring  each persons capabilities and interests.
We offer a wide range of community based activities, from sports and music, to catering and car mechanics. Every young adults has an individualised programme that is designed to develop, challenge and engage.
We have three bases designed to help every young adult throughout their journey, promoting growth through our variety of activities and challenges designed for all needs and abilities.
